Cadre Advisory has advised West London software company Brixtech on its acquisition of Brighter Graphics. This is the 6th successful acquisition Cadre Advisory have worked on this year.
The Cardiff-based business finance consultancy helps entrepreneurs scale and grow their companies while offering complete accountancy and corporate strategy advice service. Cadre’s team led by Tom O’Brien was able to support the buyout of Brighter Graphics to design software company Brixtech in just five months.
Brixtech, which was founded in March 2021 during the peak of the Covid 19 pandemic, now own Brighter Graphics, a specialist construction software company, which provides construction contractors with smart digital tools to streamline their building jobs.
This acquisition is the latest successful deal Cadre has advised on in recent months. These transactions, as well as other significant client wins, has seen Cadre Advisory triple its workforce in the past two years, with further plans for expansion and sustained growth.
Tom O’Brien, Director of Cadre Advisory explained: “It’s incredibly exciting to support Brixtech at this critical time in its business growth. The combined power of both Brixtech and Brighter Graphics has the potential to support significant transformational work within the AEC (architecture, engineering and construction) sector across the UK and provide innovative software support to many businesses during a challenging time both financially and operationally.”
Brixtech’s Founder, Shan Chaudri said the deal reinforces the company’s strategic growth plan, by increasing the design solutions it offers clients, as well as widening its service offering to the sector they already work in.
He says: “Having extensive experience in the AEC space, our acquisition of Brighter Graphics will broaden our ability to help companies implement change via the latest software and technology. We are looking forward to working with our new colleagues at Brighter Graphics to bring further innovative solutions to our clients.”
Chris Wilcox of Brighter Graphics said of the sale: “Brixtech’s ethos and business plans fitted in perfectly with our own and so when they approached us with a possible deal we could see that it would be a perfect fit. We are now looking forward to the future as part of the Brixtech team and offering our clients even more in terms of service.”
Cadre Advisory was established just over five years ago by Tom O’Brien who was later joined by Jamie Williams. It offers a complete service, meaning businesses don’t have to employ an accountant and corporate funding expert.
